Jane Riley-Pugh opened the Santa Ana, California office in January 1999 for EPS Settlements Group,
serving all of Southern California. She has over 19 years experience structuring complex, large damage cases in Medical
Malpractice, Commercial Claims, and Class Action "PG&E; Erin Brockovich" as well as non-qualified Employment cases and
structuring attorney fees.
She began her career in the insurance industry in 1976 and became a senior claims analyst adjusting high exposure claims with an excess and surplus lines company. Jane entered the structured settlement industry with English and Associates in 1984. Before joining EPS she was a Regional Vice President of Ringler Associates, Century City since 1987.

She has published articles in Insurance periodicals as well as the Advocate.
