A failed soccer player, can’t really cook well, yet a storyteller based out of good ole Fredericksburg, Virginia. After years of people telling me I needed to perform and the countless number of “neighborhood porch performances,” I took that leap of faith and started taking performing-art classes at the age of 7. I am recent graduate of James Madison University, where I received my BA in musical theatre and a minor in Theatre.

I consider myself a well-rounded artist - a performer, storyteller and writer, amongst other things. I am interested in work that gets at the heart of joy, collaboration, authenticity, queer stories, and humanity. I simply live and breathe performance any second I get it.

I Am.

  • Southern. Minus the accent. The majority of my dad’s side of the family lives in Southern Virginia and we visit them during the holidays. Not to mention that my grandma’s chocolate cookie recipe is everything.

  • A First Generation College Student. This is self-explanatory. I am lucky enough to have parents who can support my college career, even if they did not have that journey themselves.

  • A Theme Park Enthusiast. Whether it is Disney, Universal, Dollywood, Kings Dominion, or any others, I have a deep fixation on the theme park industry. To add to the mix, I have been a ride operator, going on my third season. I love making people happy and the community that it brings!

  • A Dolly Parton Lover. I mean c’mon she is the embodiment of kindness and hard work, and a fashion diva. I strive to have her spirit and service oriented heart in everything I do and the decisions I make. Did you know that she wears one wig a day? So she basically has a yearly supply :)

WHAT'S UP WITH RILEY? 

This fall, I will be in Shrek TYA at Riverside Center. I will be Pig #1, Ensemble, and understudying Lord Farquaad. Select days October 6th - October 24th.
This fall, I will be in Sweeney Todd at the Riverside Center for the Performing Arts. I will be in the Ensemble/ understudying Anthony Hope. September 9th- October 25th!
This summer, I had the incredible opportunity to Stage Manage Windish's Strike Up the Bandstand and Rock the Night at Kings Dominion. 
I had the pleasure of performing at 54 Below with my fellow classmates on April 26th at 9:30 PM. Check out my video here.
